Any amendment to or waivers of the code of ethics for members of our Board of Directors and our executive officers will be disclosed on our website within five business days following the amendment or waiver, and we may also disclose such amendment or waiver on a Form 6-K or Form 20-F. During fiscal 2007, no amendments to our waivers from the code of ethics were made or given for any of our executive officers.
