Restaurants International is responsible for all UK, European and other non-US restaurants, numbering 11,000 in more than 25 countries, including 1,000+ UK restaurants.
Challenges
Centralization of back-office finance applications resulted in the need for a rapidly deployable reconciliation application that would deliver efficiencies and control whilst minimizing disruption.
Objectives
To deliver a WAN-based multi-user, multi-location application, to handle the reconciliation needs of the company’s European operation. The primary objectives were:
