Yes, Trintech completed a two-for-one split of the company’s American Depositary Shares (ADSs). After the split, each ADS represented one-half of one Trintech Group Ordinary Share, and each holder of record, on March 20, 2000, of ADSs received one additional ADS for each ADS owned. The additional ADSs were distributed on March 22, 2000 to holders of record on March 20, 2000.
Yes, Trintech completed a one-for-four reverse split of its ADSs, in which one ADS was exchanged for four ADSs at the opening of the market on Friday, May 24th, 2002. As a result of the reverse split, each ordinary share is represented by 1/2 of an ADS (or each ADS represents two ordinary shares).
