Where is the location for the 2011 customer conference?
Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort – Miramar, FL.

What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is $795 through March 31st, $895 after. A 15% discount is available off your registration when registering 3 or more attendees.

What’s included in the registration fee?
Your registration fee includes: access to all sessions and conference materials (session handouts), networking events including the welcome reception, closing night party, breakfast and lunch Tuesday and Thursday.

When is payment due?
Payment is due with your completed registration forms. You are not confirmed to attend the conference until your registration fee is paid in full.

What is the cancellation policy?
You are not confirmed to attend the conference until your registration fee is paid in full. All requests for refund must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 1, 2012. Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Please note, that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.

What should I wear?
Dress for the conference is business casual. The temperature in hotel rooms can be difficult to maintain, we recommend you dress in layers to adjust for room temperature.

When will I receive my conference materials?
Conference materials including your badge, conference guide, and welcome tote will be distributed upon arrival at the conference.
