Adra Service Agreement

Adra Service Agreement– This Adra Services Agreement (“Agreement”), along with the Addendums, govern the use of the Adra services globally.

Adra Service Agreement Addendums

Adra Service Level Addendum – The Adra Service Level Addendum forms part of the Agreement and describes the Availability Guarantee (99.9%), service credits, scheduled maintenance, and response time goals for the Adra services.

Adra Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Addendum – The Adra Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) Addendum forms part of the Agreement and provides information regarding content and use restrictions, data upload requirements, and service use limitations.

Adra Security Addendum – The Adra Security Addendum forms part of the Agreement and provides information specific to security, the cloud data center, business continuity and disaster recovery, secure coding guidelines and malware detection, and also defines when subscribers can perform audits or request third-party audited controls.

Adra Data Processing Addendum – The Adra Data Processing Addendum forms part of the Agreement for any global subscribers subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament.
