Over the last week, Trintech customers gathered for Trintech Connect 2020, a four-day virtual conference to advance product knowledge, share experiences and best practices, as well as participate in networking sessions with other customers. Industry thought leaders and Trintech partners joined to participate in main sessions, roundtable discussions and networking events.
The four-day virtual conference consisted of three events with unique experiences designed for the needs of each audience group:
- Executive Customer Alliance
- Enterprise User Conference
- Adra User Conference for Mid-Market companies
Guest speakers included numerous customers and partners such as:

Speakers at Trintech Connect spoke about several topics including the future of global business, industry trends, as well as the value that Trintech’s solutions have brought to their organizations.
“The Adra solution has been extremely critical in helping us maximize our efficiency and minimize downtime through this work-from-home process,” said Tom Walker, Chief Financial Officer, The Dallas Cowboys at the Adra User Conference.
On the first day of the Executive Customer Alliance, Janice Dailey from LKQ Corporation spoke about their implementation of Cadency by Trintech saying, “Having the confidence that the information is timely and accurate is a huge win for us.”
The Trintech leadership team shared about investments being made across Trintech’s full solution set, and how customers can further maximize their experiences with Trintech’s solutions. Darren Heffernan, President, Mid-Market at Trintech, spoke about the insight Adra Analytics can bring organizations.
“It’s all about intelligence. How can I turn data into intelligence? The one thing that I’ve realized through this pandemic is that the Office of the CFO has shown to be so critical and at the heart of everything we do in our organization, because everything runs through the Office of the CFO. We have access to every bit of data that you can imagine, so why don’t you want to turn all that data into intelligence and make it executable to make decisions on?”
Customers were also able to choose sessions to attend and discuss hot topics such as how their organization is overcoming the impacts of COVID-19, the evolving relationship between the CFO and CIO, and the benefits of integrating regulatory reporting and the financial close processes.
