Trintech Announces Newly Appointed CMO, EVP of Engineering and EVP of Customer Success

Trintech, the leading global provider of integrated Record to Report software solutions for the office of finance, today announced recent additions to its Executive Team to meet the demands of its growing organization. David King was appointed as Chief Marketing Officer, Sriram Sivaramakrishnan as Executive Vice President of Engineering and Leo Yancey as Executive Vice President of Customer Success. All Executive Team positions are based out of the Dallas Headquarters.

King will lead Trintech’s global marketing functions including marketing strategy, brand development and digital customer experience. “Our global marketing organization will benefit greatly from the leadership of David, as he has over 20 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales and development,” said Mackintosh. King has spent his last 5 years focused exclusively working with Accounting, Tax and Finance functions to streamline workflows and leverage best in class technologies.

Leading the company’s Engineering Team, Sivaramakrishnan will play a critical role in ensuring our customers realize the full business value of our solutions through Trintech’s technology leadership and best practice enablement. “We are aligning our engineering efforts and capabilities to better deliver best in class products to our customers,” said Mackintosh. Sivaramakrishnan has a successful track record of mentoring and leading development teams to achieve high throughput and has extensive development expertise in SaaS/Cloud and mobile applications.

As Executive Vice President of Customer Success, Yancey will be leading Trintech’s global Professional Services and Customer Support operations. “As our customer base continues to expand and customer expectations continue to rise, Yancey will ensure Trintech’s new and existing customers receive the highest quality of customer service,” said Mackintosh. Yancey has over 20 years of experience in the Accounting/Tax Software industry with roles including market segment leadership, acquisitions integration, customer service leadership and sales leadership.
