Ahold Uses Trintech’s Reconciliation Solution for GL Reconciliation
and Certification to Gain Enterprise-wide Transparency and Control

Genpact is a global business process management and services corporation with reported net revenues of $2.46 billion. It employs more than 70,000 people in 25 countries. Genpact has a few hundred clients, including approximately one-fifth of the Fortune Global 500.

Genpact (formerly Accounting Plaza) selected and deployed Trintech’s reconciliation solution for its main client, Ahold, an international group of food retail and food service companies operating in the United States, the Netherlands and other various parts of Europe.

With a main driver to move to a paperless office, Genpact has quickly eliminated hard-copy review documents following the implementation of Trintech’s solution. Additionally, Genpact now has an automated process to store account reconciliation data that is easily accessible by its team for the peer review process, as well as for internal and external audits. Overall, Trintech’s reconciliation solution has allowed them to achieve enterprise-wide transparency and control that enhances its efficiency and effectiveness.
