Professional Services Consultant-Tech

We are a financial technology company seeking candidates interested in working with our customers who are using Trintech’s Adra Suite of products. Your primary focus will be assisting customers as they move from a legacy product to a more modern product in our portfolio. You’ll dive into our customer’s usage and processes to help them optimize how they implement and use the new application. So, if you enjoy delivering product, optimizing usage, and working with customers, you’ll be very happy and successful in this role.

As aProfessional Services Consultant, you will engage independently with clients to project manage their conversion to a new application, ensure they have a smooth experience, and do a lot of the set-up work for the client. You will also work with the client to provide best practice guidance as you configure and implement the Adra platform. You will work both independently as well as on a team to deliver successful projects.

Previous customer facing experience together with implementing software applications or a strong technical background is a requirement for this role.

• Comfort learning new software applications and how to extract value from them
