The HR Intern role will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks that will serve as strong experience for a career in HR.  Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is customer-service focused, detail oriented, reliable and demonstrates a high sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks.  Specifically, the HR Intern will:

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Upload job descriptions from Dropbox to HRIS
  • Upload content and courses to Trintech’s e-learning system
  • Test e-learning courses to ensure successful upload in Learning Management System
  • Plan and organize office space, including Trintech swag closet
  • Assist with onboarding as needed
  • Provide additional administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Enter data into Trintech systems timely and accurately
  • Other tasks and special projects as assigned
