Cancellation & Refund Policy
You are not confirmed to attend the conference until your registration fee is paid in full. All requests for refund must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 7th, 2010. Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Please note, if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
