Following an unforgettable few days in Orlando, the 2025 North America Trintech Connect event wrapped up with a night to remember — our Havana Nights–themed Customer Awards Ceremony, where we celebrated the outstanding achievements of our customers across North America. The evening was filled with vibrant energy, community connection, and well-deserved recognition for the organizations leading the way in financial transformation.

Each year, these customer awards recognize companies that demonstrate exceptional innovation, transformation, and collaboration. These organizations are not only advancing their own financial operations but also inspire the broader Trintech community through their leadership and partnership.

Long Term Achievement Award: Bank of America

For more than two decades, Bank of America has been a trusted Trintech customer— relying on our solutions since 2002 to power financial operations with precision and reliability.

As one of Trintech’s longest-standing clients, Bank of America has leveraged Trintech across multiple lines of business, maintaining one of the highest-functioning deployments of the solution. Their ongoing commitment to automation, risk management, and modernization has enabled them to achieve exceptional efficiency and compliance across their organization.

This award celebrates not only their achievements to date, but also their continued focus on the future — including their plans to transition toward scalable, cloud-based solutions that strengthen resilience and growth.

Breakthrough Innovator Award: H&R Block

H&R Blockhas consistently embraced innovation and early adoption, making them a standout winner of the Breakthrough Innovator Award.

Their finance team played a critical role in piloting Trintech’s Workday Connector and assisting with Workday certification, contributing countless hours to build integrations that will benefit all future Workday-connected customers. Beyond implementation, H&R Block has actively supported the Trintech community — participating in case studies and serving as a positive reference for several recent wins.

Transformation Trailblazer Award: Fast Retailing

Fast Retailing, the global retail company behind Uniqlo, has redefined what large-scale transformation looks like in financial operations.

Before implementing Trintech, Fast Retailing faced challenges with fragmented processes, limited visibility, and manual workloads across its global operations. Over the past three years, their implementation of Trintech has standardized their close process, automated transaction matching, and reduced journal entry costs across 2,500 stores worldwide.

Today, with nearly 300 users on the Trintech solution, Fast Retailing has achieved visibility by region and country, centralizing finance operations in their shared service center. Their forward-looking approach and commitment to continuous transformation make them a true trailblazer in the Trintech community.

Continuous Improvement Award: Truist

Truist Financial Corporation exemplifies what it means to pursue continuous improvement with purpose.

Truist is currently implementing Trintech’s financial close platform and leveraging its DirectCloud offering to elevate data security, scalability, and compliance — setting a new standard for modernized reconciliation and automation.

Advocacy Excellence Award: KeyBank

KeyBankcontinues to shine as a true advocate for Trintech, earning the Advocacy Excellence Award for their outstanding partnership, engagement, and thought leadership.

Throughout their phased implementation of the Trintech platform, KeyBank has actively shared their journey with the broader finance and technology community.
