Monna Nevils Chief Human Resources Officer

Monna Nevils is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Trintech and oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational development and effectiveness, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion programs, and benefit systems.

Nevils is an HR leader who aligns the people function to the overall business strategy, developing and executing plans that amplify an inclusive, collaborative culture. With a background of success in growth-stage environments, Monna has been influential in driving major strategic decisions in multi-state, international and global organizations in a variety of industries over her 20-year career. Through mentoring and coaching, she has developed high performing HR teams in organizations ranging in size from 400 to 60,000—private, public, and VC-backed.

Drawing on her successful track record in M&A, change management, talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, performance management and total rewards, Monna has demonstrated the ability to see and engineer a future state that attracts and retains the best talent available. In fact, Monna’s forward thinking and creative approach and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality earned her the nickname, Mary Poppins, which quite accurately describes the way she takes on challenges—big and small.

Monna earned her MBA from the University of Houston and undergrad degree in business from Lamar University. She is a certified trainer and coach and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She is a frequent guest speaker and panelist at conferences and is a member of Chief, a leading organization for impactful women executives. She actively supports a variety of causes, including the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.
