Women of Trintech is a group that welcomes and encourages Trintechers across the globe and from all areas of the business to come together to learn, build connections and empower one another.

With a variety of events throughout the year, the Women of Trintech seek to:

From large events with guest speakers and panel discussions to small interest groups and virtual coffee hours, the Women of Trintech provide a supportive community where you can listen, learn and engage with like-minded individuals who are focused on related goals or overcoming similar challenges.

We place a lot of emphasis on our culture because we are more than just a team, we are a family.  We want to create an environment that is friendly, warm, and exciting where we can. We encourage diversity in ideas, opinions, and points of view. We watch out for each other, care for each other, and go above and beyond for each other because we believe in the success of each employee as an individual. We work together, but we also play together, like during our annual Halloween contest every October! Our bonds go far beyond the typical “co-worker” relationships found at most other companies.
