With the recent release of Cadency 9.1, a main focus was building upon existing usability enhancements such as global sidebar navigation, standardized grid functionality, and a modernized reporting portal experience to help our customers reduce the time spent on tasks and drive greater efficiencies in their workflows.

Cadency Match 9.1 Features

Quickly Access, Search and Edit Data with Supplemental Fields

With many organizations needing to share additional and timely information pertinent to their transaction matching process, supplemental fields within Cadency Match allow customers to add additional information that users need to verify reconciliations to ensure proper reporting and audits while reducing the need to access data in 3rd-party systems. Our new usability enhancements give users the ability to search on their data stored in supplemental fields within SmartMatch or transaction search, which reduces the amount of time and effort spent finding and accurately reporting on data within the system. With Cadency’s new standardized grids, editing supplemental fields is very intuitive  ensuring day-to-day matching functions, reporting and period-end reconciliations are done on time and as easily as possible.

Reporting Portal Enhancements

Customers who leverage custom fields can now share that information in a consumable format utilizing the reporting portal within Cadency. Instead of having to manually extract the information from the web client, our integrated reports now include the additional information stored in custom fields. This makes it easy for users to run, download and share their reports, and ensures all necessary information is included. This reduces the time spent on manual efforts to share this additional information across your organization.

Balance Control

Cadency Match’s “balance control” feature allows users to quickly adjust period-end balances to accommodate manual changes needed based on their evolving business needs. With Cadency 9.1, “balance control” now leverages our new global sidebar navigation and standardized grid functionality seen throughout the application.
