The 2026 Trintech Customer Awards recognize organizations that are transforming finance operations, embracing automation and AI, and helping shape the future of finance. This year’s awards also celebrate customers who strengthen the broader Trintech community through advocacy, collaboration, and product innovation.

Long-Term Achievement Award: Adidas

Great partnerships aren’t built overnight. The Long-Term Achievement Award celebrates customers that have demonstrated exceptional dedication and partnership over the years, consistently using Trintech to achieve sustained success.

Congratulations to Adidas for winning the 2026 Long-Term Achievement Award!

Since 2018, Adidas has trusted Trintech throughout a complex finance transformation, including its migration from ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA. Today, the team continues to move forward by consolidating two production sites into one on the latest version while unlocking new capabilities such as Trintech Agentic AI and Certification eBinders.

That willingness to continually evolve the partnership and look toward what’s next embodies the sustained commitment the Long-Term Achievement Award was created to celebrate.

Advocacy Excellence Award: Max Burgers and Ribby Hall Village

The Advocacy Excellence Award recognizes customers who champion Trintech by sharing their experiences, serving as references and speakers, and helping elevate the Trintech community through their leadership and influence.

This year, we’re proud to recognize two EMEA winners: Max Burgers and Ribby Hall Village!

Max Burgers has been a long-time Trintech customer, using Trintech to help keep its close on track. Along the way, Birgitta Lehtonen has become a dedicated advocate for the Trintech community, participating in numerous reference calls, sharing the Max Burgers story through a case study, speaking at Trintech Connect, and recording a webinar alongside Trintech and partner Addedo.

Ribby Hall Village has demonstrated that same spirit of advocacy, consistently participating in reference calls, sharing its experience through a customer case study, and speaking at Trintech’s first UK Mid-Market User Group.

Both organizations demonstrate the value of customers sharing their knowledge and experiences to help others succeed. Congratulations to Max Burgers and Ribby Hall Village!

Breakthrough Innovator Award: Ticketmaster Suomi

The Breakthrough Innovator Award recognizes customers using Trintech to drive breakthroughs across processes and functions, going beyond the optimization of a single workflow to rethink how technology can support their organizations.

Congratulations to Ticketmaster Suomi for being named our 2026 Breakthrough Innovator Award winner!

Ticketmaster Suomi is doing much more than optimizing an individual finance process. The organization has expanded its use of Trintech’s Adra Matcher across every region, implemented Adra Balancer throughout Sweden, Norway, and Finland, and continues to broaden its use of Adra Task Manager.

Through close collaboration with Trintech and a continued focus on efficiency and control, Ticketmaster Suomi demonstrates how finance teams can use technology across processes and geographies to fundamentally transform the way they work.

Scalability & Growth Champion Award: ABB

Growth brings complexity — and technology has to be able to keep up. The Scalability & Growth Champion Award celebrates customers that have successfully scaled Trintech alongside business growth, whether driven by M&A, global expansion, or increasing transaction complexity.

Congratulations to ABB for being named our 2026 Scalability & Growth Champion!

ABB expanded its use of Trintech into additional countries in 2026 while simultaneously cutting its journal entry month-end close from four days to two. And the team isn’t stopping there: ABB is now working with Trintech to automate the closure of SAP tasks through Trintech.

That combination of measurable efficiency gains, geographic expansion, and an ongoing drive toward greater automation is exactly what the Scalability & Growth Champion Award was created to recognize.

Business Impact & Value Realization Award: Coor Service Management Group and SCANDZA Norge

Financial transformation is ultimately about results. The Business Impact & Value Realization Award recognizes customers that translate their Trintech investment into measurable enterprise value, from greater efficiency and cost savings to reduced risk and stronger financial operations.

This year, we’re recognizing two EMEA winners: Coor Service Management Group and SCANDZA Norge.

Coor has embraced Trintech to reduce manual workload and create a more stable, controlled financial close. The organization continues to build on that foundation through additional automation initiatives, including automated imports and AI-assisted matching rules.

SCANDZA’s results tell an equally compelling story. Using Trintech, the team has achieved approximately 93% automatic matching, with some periods approaching 100%. Its own value analysis estimates that automation is saving more than 3,000 hours annually — roughly equivalent to two full-time employees.

Together, Coor and SCANDZA demonstrate how a continued focus on automation and optimization can translate technology investments into meaningful operational value.

AI Financial Close Excellence Award: NorgesGruppen Regnskap

New opportunities created by AI are reshaping the financial close, and the AI Financial Close Excellence Award recognizes customers helping lead that transformation by applying AI-driven capabilities to improve automation and decision-making.

Congratulations to NorgesGruppen Regnskap for winning the 2026 AI Financial Close Excellence Award!

NorgesGruppen is putting Trintech’s AI rule functionality into practice by using matching statistics to identify new rule opportunities and then using AI-assisted rule setup to build them faster. The resulting rules require only minor adjustments before approval, while overall matching performance remains around 93% to 94%.

By combining AI with the knowledge and oversight of its finance team, NorgesGruppen demonstrates how organizations can use emerging technology to accelerate optimization while keeping people firmly in control.

While these organizations took home awards this year, the accomplishments represented at Trintech Connect extend far beyond our winners.
