The Advocacy Excellence Award recognizes customers who champion Trintech by sharing their experiences, serving as references and speakers, and helping elevate the Trintech community through their leadership and influence.

The 2026 Advocacy Excellence Award goes to FORUM Credit Union!

Over the past year alone, FORUM Credit Union participated in a Trintech webinar, spoke at Trintech Connect for the second consecutive year, completed a customer case study, provided a video testimonial, and participated in reference calls with other credit unions. The team has also helped expand awareness of Trintech across the industry through its involvement with America’s Credit Unions and the Finance Council. FORUM was also the first financial institution to license Trintech for Financial Services.

This insurance provider has been an engaged partner in helping Trintech shape the future of Trintech Beacon. The team put the technology through rigorous testing and provided valuable feedback to Trintech’s product management team, helping refine our AI vision.

By leaning into AI early and actively helping influence its development, this regional insurance provider demonstrates the collaboration and innovation that will help define the next era of the financial close.

Business Impact & Value Realization Award: Kellanova/Kellogg

Financial transformation is ultimately about results. The Business Impact & Value Realization Award recognizes customers that translate their Trintech investment into measurable enterprise value, from greater efficiency and cost savings to reduced risk and stronger financial operations.

Congratulations to our 2026 winner, Kellanova!

Over the past 12 close cycles, Kellanova processed more than 92,000 reconciliations in their Trintech solution while significantly expanding their use of automation. Bulk reconciliation grew from 31.4% to 48.1% of total volume, representing approximately 1,200 additional automated reconciliations per close and an estimated 1,200 hours of preparer capacity returned annually.

Greater automation was accompanied by stronger results: Kellanova’s rejection rate declined from 5.4% to 3.2%, on-time completion increased from 92.5% to 95.3%, and reported reconciling items per 1,000 reconciliations decreased by approximately 56%. Together, these improvements demonstrate exactly the kind of measurable business impact this award was created to celebrate.

Long-Term Achievement Award: Abbott Laboratories

Once a mortgage enters servicing, the volume of financial activity increases significantly. Scheduled payments need to be compared with the cash or DiGreat partnerships aren’t built overnight. The Long-Term Achievement Award celebrates customers that have demonstrated exceptional dedication and partnership over the years, consistently using Trintech to achieve sustained success.

Congratulations to Abbot Laboratories for winning the 2026 Long-Term Achievement Award!

Abbott’s partnership with Trintech dates back to 2015. But longevity alone isn’t what makes this relationship stand out. Rather than treating its initial Trintech implementation as a finished project, the Abbott team has continued working closely with its Customer Success Manager to explore new capabilities and champion the platform throughout the organization.

After more than a decade together, that continued engagement and drive for improvement exemplify the lasting partnership this award was created to celebrate.

Power of Partnership Award: Top 15 Fortune 100 Retailer and Forvis Mazars

Transformation is rarely a solo effort. The Power of Partnership Award honors a customer and partner that have worked together to lead meaningful finance transformation through strong collaboration and shared goals. The 2026 Power of Partnership award goes to a leading global retailer and Forvis Mazars!

This top retailer has continued to expand its use of Trintech, identifying new use cases that can bring greater automation and control to its finance organization. Today, they are working with Forvis Mazars and Trintech to implement Intercompany Matching, with additional automation opportunities on the horizon.

The collaboration between this retail powerhouse, Forvis Mazars, and Trintech demonstrates how a strong partnership can become the foundation for continuous transformation rather than a one-time technology project.

Scalability & Growth Champion: Darden Restaurants

Growth brings complexity — and technology has to be able to keep up. The Scalability & Growth Champion Award celebrates customers that have successfully scaled Trintech alongside business growth, whether driven by M&A, global expansion or increasing transaction complexity.

Congratulations to Darden Restaurants for being named our 2026 Scalability & Growth Champion Award winner!

Darden continues to expand its Trintech deployment as its needs evolve. Most recently, the team added Gift Card Matching while continuing to support growing credit card reconciliation volumes. Rather than allowing its technology environment to remain static, Darden continually looks for new processes to automate and new areas where Trintech can support its growing transaction activity.

That ability to build a financial technology environment that grows alongside the business is exactly what makes Darden our 2026 Scalability & Growth Champion.

Transformation Trailblazer: H&R Block

The Transformation Trailblazer Award recognizes customers that have significantly transformed their financial operations by embracing change and using Trintech to drive greater efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.

H&R Block operates in an environment where seasonal transaction volumes can rise to hundreds of times normal processing levels. Rather than relying on additional headcount to accommodate those dramatic fluctuations, the team has embraced automation. H&R Block continues to expand its use of Trintech Matching, onboarding new accounts and introducing new use cases as part of an ongoing transformation strategy.

It’s a powerful example of what sustainable finance transformation can look like: not a single project with an endpoint, but a culture of continually finding better ways to work.

Breakthrough Innovator Award: Gallus Capital Holdings

Last but certainly not least, the Breakthrough Innovator Award recognizes customers using Trintech to drive breakthroughs across processes and functions, going beyond the optimization of a single workflow to rethink how technology can support their organizations.

Congratulations to Gallus Capital Holdings for being named our 2026 Breakthrough Innovator Award winner!

And it’s difficult to imagine a better example of thinking outside the box.

Gallus found a use for Trintech that even we didn’t predict: using the platform to help track and manage the energy costs of its chicken farm based on real-time rates and time of day. The team then layered in AI-driven variance reporting to help make sense of the results.

It’s a creative example of taking technology beyond its conventional use cases to solve a unique business challenge — and exactly the kind of ingenuity the Breakthrough Innovator Award was created to recognize.
